Airport to Podgorica
The taxis waiting at the airport charge 15 Euros to take you to the center of Podgorica.
If you call one of the other taxi companies, you should be able to get into the center for about half that amount. Many Montenegrin people will let you use their phone or they will call for you.

Another option is to check for Montenegro Airline flights arriving and departing. Montenegro Airlines has its own bus and they will take anyone to the main square in town for 3.00 Euros per person. But they only have busses when their own flights are arriving or departing, so it depends on your luck.

One more option is to walk up to the highway and wait on the side of the road for a bus. When you get to the highway, ask some one where to wait because the bus stop is not marked. The highway is about 1.5 kilometers from the airport. That will only cost you about 1 Euro per person. The buses run approximately ever 45 minutes.

A final option is to catch a local train. On the way to the highway where the busses run there is a train overpass/ bridge and the local trains stop there. There aren't many but they are pretty reliable. The schedule for 2010 is:
