Next Phillip and I went to the bus stop to try to get the bus to the place on the Moracha I found the day before. Before the bus came, a private, and I guess technically illegal, taxi driver came by and took us and a woman in the same direction. He didn't exactly follow the bus route so we were a little worried he would take us far from the river, but it worked out fine because he actually took us to a new spot which, as you wll see, turned out to be pretty nice. This kind of thing happens so many times here. The unexpected turns out to be something fun or at least interesting and of course always educational. So is Phillip in the taxi. I didn't want to take a pic of the driver because I woudn't want to get him in trouble.
When we got out of the taxi we started walking towards the river. We saw a little trash along the way.. .
The trash and the natural beauty of this part of the world is one of the many contrasts.
An old bridge.
The man on the left offered Phillip a free ride in his boat.
This is the place wher Phillip got the boat ride. I was surpised to find it. It is definitely a local hang out.
I headed back to the hostel because Radim from Slovakia wanted to get his things so he could go to Durmitor National Park. Along the way I took more pics of course.
