This is to remind me that there was a security guard outside and at first he tried to tell me I couldn't go in the bank because I was wearing shorts! Then after I showed him I have an account at the bank he went in to ask omeone else, then he ame out and apologized and said ok. (Another reminder of South America where they had these kinds of rules in churches, museums, libraries etc. sometimes.)
It looked like some police guys were giving a parking ticket or getting ready to tow someone's car.I had just made a video saying I had never seen anyone writing traffic tickets, but myabe I spole too soon. I wondered how much the citty spent on buying this tow truck and if they will tow a lot of cars now and charge them to get theire cars back so they can pay for the cost of the tow truck, and possibly make money from towing cars. I suppose everydayt Montenegro becomes more like other countries in ways like this.
I thinik these were these were parking police, but I'm not sure.
One of the few bikes I have seen in Podgorica.
These almot look like art. But they are vents.
I climbed up to have a look at the top of one.
